Internal Communication Specialist to company in Gothenburg

As a next step on our exciting journey to become standalone company under a new brand in Triton’s portfolio we are looking for an enthusiastic Communication Specialist to manage our internal communication. You will promote a positive image and control the dissemination of information within the company. Your phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make you a strong communications specialist and your positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Developing effective communication strategies that are consistent and reflect the organization’s vision and values
• Build strong, focused narrativesby identifying and creating well-timed and inspiring articles, informational posts, engaging videos, and more.
• Streamline, establish and uphold consistent framing of internal messages
• Manage centralized internal communications platforms and publish text, videos and photos on those websites and social networks.
• Work with management, marketing, technical specialists, customer service, etc to publish timely company information
• Measure and present results of communication efforts

Job Requirements

• Mature personality with a high energy, drive and influential skills
• Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, story-telling, and ability to grow relationships across a wide range of teams and countries
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills, and ability to present concepts verbally
• Ability to understand technical and complex content to formulate effective communications that inspires and improve business results
• Curiosity for how audiences consume and experience content
• Fluent in English
• 3-5 years’ experience in internal communications or similar
